Self-confidence\, s elf-love and compassion for others are promoted and encouraged. Visualisat ion\, meditation and breathing techniques are used to enhance focus\, conc entration and will help in any stressful situation. These techniques\, onc e learned\, can be used when needed day to day. Age-appropriate yoga games \, partner poses or group poses are sometimes included in this class depen ding on the needs of the individuals in class.\nEach class consists of set tling in through breath work\, mindfulness and meditation\, engaging and a ge appropriate warm ups or sun salutations\, fun and challenging yoga pose s and a relaxation or visualisation. Children will soon know sun salutatio ns\, yoga poses\, breathing techniques and meditations to practice at home .\nChildren should dress in comfortable clothing appropriate for ease of m ovement and also bring a bottle of water.
