DESCRIPTION:\nThis yoga class will help children to improve their strength\
 , flexibility\, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and cen
 tre themselves with various breathing techniques. They will also learn sel
 f-respect and respect for others while practicing yoga and meditation.\n\n
 Each class consists of settling in through basic breath work\, mindfulness
 \, meditation\, restful relaxation followed by engaging and age appropriat
 e warm ups or sun salutations\, fun and challenging yoga poses (sometimes 
 presented in an adventure story) a yoga game and a final relaxation or vis
 ualisation. Children will soon know sun salutations and yoga poses to prac
 tice at home.\nChildren should wear comfortable clothing appropriate for e
