DESCRIPTION:The emphasis of this Summer Camp is on Fun\, Fun and Fun. We en
 courage self-expression to build confidence as well as social skills. Whil
 e having a great time\, children will strengthen their bodies\, improve th
 eir flexibility and learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation te
 chniques.&nbsp\;\nEach day we will start by settling in with a fun and rel
 axing yoga class. We will practice basic breath work and meditation\, enga
 ging and age appropriate warm ups or sun salutations\, yoga poses (often p
 resented in an adventure story) yoga games and we will enjoy relaxations o
 r visualisations throughout the week. Children will soon know sun salutati
 ons and yoga poses to practice at home.&nbsp\;\nCamp Activities\;\n\nYoga 
 (Indoor and Outdoors)\nDancing\nSports\nIndoor and Outdoor Games\nArts and
  crafts\nTrip to the Playground\nTrip to Clare Museum\nTrip to DeValera Li
 brary\nMeditation\nMindfulness\nVisualisation\nRelaxation\nStory Book Yoga
 \nTalent Show\n\nChildren should wear comfortable clothing and bring a hea
 lthy packed lunch\, a bottle of water\, a light rain jacket and sunscreen.
 \n&nbsp\;This is a 5 day Summer Camp. Dates are Monday July 13th to Friday
  July 17th.&nbsp\; Times are 10am to 2pm daily. Price is €130.&nbsp\; http
