DESCRIPTION:In this yoga class children will build strength and flexibility
  with more physically challenging poses and sequences. Self-confidence\, s
 elf-love and compassion for others are promoted and encouraged. Visualisat
 ion\, meditation and breathing techniques are used to enhance focus\, conc
 entration and will help in any stressful situation. These techniques\, onc
 e learned\, can be used when needed day to day. Age-appropriate yoga games
 \, partner poses or group poses are sometimes included in this class depen
 ding on the needs of the individuals in class.\nEach class consists of set
 tling in through breath work\, mindfulness\, meditation\, restful relaxati
 on followed by engaging and age appropriate warm ups or sun salutations\, 
 fun and challenging yoga poses and a final relaxation or visualisation. Ch
 ildren will soon know sun salutations\, yoga poses\, breathing techniques 
 and meditations to practice at home.\nChildren should dress in comfortable
  clothing appropriate for ease of movement and also bring a bottle of wate
 r. Yoga mat and blanket will be provided.\n&nbsp\;\nThis is a block of 10 
 After-school yoga classes at a cost of €100. After-school class dates are 
 Thursdays\, September 25th\, October 2nd\, 9th\, 16th\, 23rd (Break for Mi
