Namaste Youth Yoga Summer Camp (Ages 4-12 Years)

The emphasis of this Summer Camp is on Fun, Fun and Fun. We encourage self-expression to build confidence as well as social skills. While having a great time, children will strengthen their bodies, improve their flexibility and learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. 

Each day we will start by settling in with a fun and relaxing yoga class. We will practice basic breath work and meditation, engaging and age appropriate warm ups or sun salutations, yoga poses (often presented in an adventure story) yoga games and we will enjoy relaxations or visualisations throughout the week. Children will soon know sun salutations and yoga poses to practice at home.

Children should wear comfortable clothing and bring a healthy packed lunch, a bottle of water, a light rain jacket and sunscreen.

 This is a 5 day Summer Camp. Dates are Monday July 28th to Friday August 1st.  Times are 10am to 2pm daily. Price is €120.
