  Namaste Youth Yoga Summer Camp (Ages 4-12 Years)

  At The Ennis Yoga Studio Categories: 4-12 Years

  This Summer Camp will be Fun, Fun and Fun. Camp activities include indoor and outdoor yoga, games, arts and crafts, face painting, playground, talent show and so much more. While having a great time, children will strengthen their bodies, improve their flexibility, build confidence and learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. This is a 5 day Summer Camp. Dates are Monday July 13th to Friday July 17th.  Times are 10am to 2pm daily. Price is €130.

  The emphasis of this class is on Fun. We encourage self-expression to build confidence as well as social skills. While having a great time, children will strengthen their bodies, improve their flexibility and learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. This is a block of 8 yoga classes at a cost of €80. After-School Yoga Class dates are Wednesdays, September 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and October 7th, 14th and 21st.

  This yoga class will help children to improve their strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and centre themselves with various breathing and relaxation techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others while practicing yoga and meditation. This is a block of 8 yoga classes at a cost of €80. After-School Yoga Class dates are Wednesdays, September 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and October 7th, 14th and 21st.
