Teenagers will build strength and flexibility of body and mind. Yoga is an beautiful way to tone, stretch and strengthen the body.
For any teen athletes yoga can serve as cross-training and is great for injury prevention.
Teens will experience emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by practicing breathing techniques, yoga poses, flowing sequences, and deep relaxation in this class. Positive self-image, self-love, self-care and compassion towards yourself and others are encouraged.
This is a block of 5 yoga classes and is currently on "Special Offer" at a reduced cost of €50. Suitable for beginner and improver teen yoga students.
Class dates are Saturday, September 20th, 27th and October 4th, 11th and 18th.
We are happy to register teenagers in for this class after the commencement of the block if we have space remaining.
