This yoga class will help children to improve their strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Children will learn how to focus and centre themselves with various breathing and relaxation techniques.
They will also learn self-respect and respect for others while practicing yoga and meditation.
This is a block of 6 yoga classes at a cost of €60. Class dates are Saturday, November 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th and December 6th and 13th.
We are happy to register children in for this class after the commencement of the block if we have space remaining.
