This yoga class will help children to improve their strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and centre themselves with various breathing techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others while practicing yoga and meditation. This is a block of 6 classes at a cost of €60. Class dates are Saturday September 14th, 21st, 28th and October 5th, 12th and 19th.
