This yoga class will help children to improve their strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Children will learn how to focus and centre themselves with various breathing and relaxation techniques.
They will also learn self-respect and respect for others while practicing yoga and meditation.
This is a block of 10 yoga classes at a cost of €100. Class dates are Saturday, January 10th, 17th, 24th, February 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, March 7th, 14th and 21st.
Please note that there is no yoga class on Saturday, January 31st for The Bank Holiday Weekend.
We are happy to register children in for this class after the commencement of the block if we have space remaining.
