  At The Ennis Yoga Studio Categories: 4-6 Years

  The emphasis of this class is on Fun, Fun and Fun. We encourage self-expression to build confidence as well as social skills. While having a great time, children will strengthen their bodies, improve their flexibility and learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. This is a block of 6 classes at a cost of €60. Class dates are Saturday, November 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and December 7th and 14th.
