The emphasis of this class is on Fun, Fun and Fun. We encourage self-expression to build confidence as well as social skills. While having a great time, children will strengthen their bodies, improve their flexibility and learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. This is a block of 10 yoga classes at a cost of €100. Class dates are Saturday, January 10th, 17th, 24th, February 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, March 7th, 14th and 21st. Please note that there is no yoga class on Saturday, January 31st for The Bank Holiday Weekend.
We are happy to register children in for this class after the commencement of the block if we have space remaining.
