The emphasis of this class is on Fun, Fun and Fun. We encourage self-expression to build confidence as well as social skills. While having a great time, children will strengthen their bodies, improve their flexibility and learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. This is a block of 6 yoga classes at a cost of €60. Class dates are Saturday, November 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th and December 6th and 13th.
We are happy to register children in for this class after the commencement of the block if we have space remaining.
