The emphasis of this class is on Fun, Fun and Fun. We encourage self-expression to build confidence as well as social skills. While having a great time, children will strengthen their bodies, improve their flexibility and learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. This is a block of 5 classes at a cost of €50. Class dates are Saturday, September 20th, 27th and October 4th, 11th and 18th.
We are happy to register children in for this class after the commencement of the block if we have space remaining.
